SPACES
Dealer spaces are available as indoor (expo), pole barn, and outdoor options. All spaces are reserved.
For the 2023 Season – we will be offering a new 15×30 “pop up” booth for vendors seeking a smaller outdoor space.
Indoor Spaces are available in the Expo, Mini Expo, and West Expo Buildings. Spaces are 10×10, 10×15, 10×20, 10×30 and 10×40.
All indoor spots include electricity.
Outdoor spaces are available throughout the show grounds and are adjacent to the Expo & Pole Buildings, along the main walkways, or near the food court. Dealers are allowed to park their vehicle in the space.
Spaces are offered in either a 15×30 (Pop Up) or a 30×30 (Walkway). Outdoor spaces are available on grass or hard surface. We do not provide tents. Electricity is an option in some locations. Vendor will provide their own drop cords.
Pole Barn Spaces are 20×30 and located in buildings with roof and open sides. Booths are either reserved (along the edge of the building / dealers park behind booth) or in a row (located in middle row / dealer parking is adjacent to the building). Floors in Pole Barns A, B, and C are limestone. Pole Barn D has a cement floor.
All Pole Barn spaces include electricity.
Specifics related to location, price, etc. are available upon request.
Each booth is permitted two exhibitors to assist in the set up and selling of merchandise.
There are no refunds.
Electricity is available, upon request, to all dealers free of charge.

Frequently Asked Questions:
8′ banquet style tables are available for rent ($12 ea). The Market does NOT rent chairs.
Dealers desiring to retain their space will have 8 days following each market to return their contract. After that period, your location cannot be guaranteed. If you are going to miss a Market and wish to maintain your space, please contact us.
All dealers are asked to check in with a member of the Market Staff (20×20 white tent located at the South Entrance) when you arrive on the grounds. At that time you will be provided the necessary paperwork and assigned a prearranged space. ALL DEALERS SHOULD BE CHECKED IN NO LATER THAN 7AM ON SUNDAY.
The gates will open for dealer set-up between 11AM and 6PM on Saturday and between 5:30 and 7AM on Sunday. Dealers are asked to vacate the building by 8PM on Sunday.
College-age students are available to assist in the loading and unloading of merchandise. THEY ARE NOT OUR EMPLOYEES and provide this service in exchange for a gratuity.
Unless specifically requested, your cancelled check will serve as your receipt.
